7/18/14 Katie's Healthy Eating Journal: Sunday

Last night i didn't get home from a bachelorette party until 1 - which is late for me since I have been pregnant.  The problem with staying up late is that I usually feel pretty nauseated by the end of the night into the next day.  I'm just not able to keep late hours anymore - hopefully that will change when I do want to stay out late after the baby...well i'm sure not the first few months as we will be exhausted.  Typically at the end of a late night now my "underbelly" kills and I feel bone tired.  I couldn't rip my clothes off fast enough when I got home.  I just wanted to put on my p.j.'s and rush into bed.  LOL, to to make matters worse I held in gas while I was out in public.  Just a piece of advice: let it out, ladies.  I held it in because obviously it's embarrassing but i paid for it the rest of the night.  There's just nowhere for the gas bubbles to go right now.  My organs are all smushed and shoved up to make room for the baby.  Immediately I had horrible pain just below my rib cage.  Plus, once you hold in the gas many times it is stuck.  You think I could just go to the restroom or in the car and let it out.  Nope, I held it in and now it only wanted to come out on it's own accord.  I had to sit and rock when I got home to make those suckers come out to find relief.  Haha, I know, TMI, but hey, yet another fun symptom of pregnancy!
